At Zyliss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original product packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
